Most clinics still send cases through chat apps, phone calls and handwritten slips. Files get compressed, notes get buried, and nobody can say where a case is without calling someone.

Chat apps compress images and cap file sizes. STL files go back and forth, and photos of three patients end up in one thread.

The short answers. Anything else, ask us on your first case.
No. On the case form you can say you'll post the model, or ask us to collect it from your clinic. You can still upload photos and X-rays with it.
STL, PLY, OBJ, DCM, ZIP, images and PDF, up to 8 GB per file. Uploads resume automatically if your connection drops. For a CBCT series, zip the folder first so the files stay together.
Every case shows its stage: Draft, Submitted, In Progress, Completed, Out for Delivery and Delivered. You get a notification each time it changes, and the case timeline shows who did what and when.
The case moves to Needs info and you're notified. Reply in the comments on the case. The question and your answer stay attached to the case, so nothing gets lost in a chat thread.
The price is set on each case when it's completed, so you see it before any invoice. Invoices are issued to your clinic from its completed cases, and you can view them under Invoices in the portal, with every case they cover.
They're our standard per-unit prices in RM. Gold and high-precious alloy items add the metal cost on top. The final price for your case is set by the lab when it's completed.
Dentists and clinics. Create an account, verify your email, and add your clinic. We approve new accounts before the first case, usually the same day.
It depends on the restoration. A single crown is quicker than an implant bar or a full denture. Mark the case Urgent if you need it sooner and the lab is told separately.
